Optimization Simulation of Ultrafine Dry Powder Blow-Assisted Pipe Based on CFD

With the increase of fire in high-rise buildings recent years, demand for high-performance Water Tower Fire Truck (WTFT) is increasing day by day. In order to improve injection capacity ultrafine dry powder WTFT, this article adopts way adding blow-assisted pipe realize nitrogen-assisted blowing, and internal flow field existing was analyzed optimized CFD simulation. The influence law size parameters on mass rate velocity nitrogen summarized under different inlet pressure conditions. optimization result that diameter blowing increased between 10 mm 20 mm, outlet 32 mixing 90 mm.
